The chef, Denis Roberti, has 35 years of experience in the business. He selects with the greatest care all the ingredients that go into the preparation of his dishes and makes them from A to Z. He offers you a local cuisine made only with fresh and seasonal products that guarantee authentic and refined flavors. Ambassador for the Walloon Brabant of the Electrolux AEG cooking club, he regularly works with starred chefs. Parfait. Mets superbes et préparés avec amour par le chef. Vins rouges étaient top. Mais un verre de chardonnay allemand,pas terrible, à l'aperitif à 15 euros ne me permettra pas de donner la note maximale. Un détail, vu la qualité des plats, mais je tenais à le dire. Peu importe j'y reviendrai.

Pour manger heureux, mangeons cachés : ceci semble être la maxime des Roberti. Pas d'esbroufe, pas d'enseigne lumineuse, pas de photos de "stars" aux murs. Parce que l'important dans cet écrin est le plaisir du chef de faire participer ses hôtes à sa passion du détail et de la découverte de préparations minutieuses et équilibrées. On y va, on y retourne et on applaudit sincèrement.

Vous vous sentez comme invités chez des amis! Menu 5 plats. Un dessert exceptionnel. Les preambules amenent la fraîcheur et l’exotisme. Tout est surperbement travaillé et presenté a table par le chef. Un grand merci au chef et a sa famille.
