About this restaurant
Our new top chef Ludo Lanssens has spent thirty years cooking exclusively in two- and three-star (Michelin) restaurants. First at Pierre Fonteyne in Oostkerke, then the top years at Comme Chez Soi in Brussels and then the top years at Ecailler du Palais Royal also in Brussels. Ludo will now convert this knowledge into our new concept of Culinary Brasserie. Both one dish or a more extensive menu in a new contemporary style. Of course with attention for the right price/quality ratio. All this to the needs of our time and with a very attentive service.
