Benjamin Laborie For Chef Benjamin Laborie, cooking is a vocation. After having worked for some of the most famous French restaurants, he decided to move to Belgium. In 2013, he won the Gault et Millau award for best new restaurant for the Bowery and in 2019, he received a Michelin star, the result of many years of work and passion. 2022 marks the beginning of a great adventure with the opening of his restaurant, La Table, in Lasne.

Magnifique expérience avec un chef qui joue et parle avec grande passion de son art. Tout y était parfait, un régal de tous les mets préparés avec une extrême précision et gustativement parfait, tout autant que le service d'ailleurs! Un grand merci à tous les intervenants.
