Welcome to Brasserie/Restaurant "Les Terrasses We welcome you from Monday to Wednesday from 8 am to 6 pm and from Thursday to Saturday from 8 am to midnight. A bistronomic brasserie cuisine that will delight your taste buds.... Besides the menu, you will appreciate the dish of the day at the very democratic price of 12€ or the formula starter, dish of the day, dessert or coffee at 19€! "Bistronomy" is the contraction of two terms: bistro and gastronomy. The concept itself combines conviviality and great cuisine at an accessible price. 'Bistronomy' aims to promote authenticity and quality. It is a culinary reform that seeks to go beyond the stereotypical practices of gourmet restaurants.

Nous avons très bien mangé (les boulets sont toujours aussi bons et l'américain est vraiment le meilleur de Liège). Le service était nickel alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un serveur pour le restaurant et la brasserie réunis. Bravo à lui. Nous reviendrons.

Nous avons très bien mangé (les boulets sont toujours aussi bons et l'américain est vraiment le meilleur de Liège). Le service était nickel alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un serveur pour le restaurant et la brasserie réunis. Bravo à lui. Nous reviendrons.

Wonderful meal and service. They made the most delicious eggplant parmigiana I’ve had in years. Their asparagus and the steak were to die for too. I had 2 very accommodating and kind servers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (adhering to my medically necessary Gluten free diet was no problem!)
