I came together with two one of our employee and two customers and am not fully satisfied because of the service for this kind of restaurant where the service should be perfect. When we arrived, we were greeted without a smile by a server. Once seated, he asked if we would like some water??? I said that that we would rather have an aperitivo...The food was served to us while we were still drinking our aperitivo and the team never asked what we would like to drink together with our food. So once served, I still had to ask for the wine menu to have something to drink with our food...Our empty aperitivo glasses stayed on the table long after we started to eat and after our wine arrived. And again I had to ask the restaurant's team to remove them. I am a The Merode member and really thought that this would be a good italian experience but the service was really very very very poor. For this kind of pricing and for being the The Merode's restaurant, the service should be perfect. Sorry to say, but I don't think I will be back very soon or even recommend your restaurant.
