The service at the restaurant was exceptionally poor. After 1 hour and 40 minutes from placing our order, we still hadn't received any food — not even a glass of water. Waitress came to inform us that there was a delay in the kitchen, but assured us that the food would arrive within 5 minutes. Despite my request, we still weren't served anything to drink. A few minutes later, she returned to say that we would need to wait another 20 minutes for our order. I pointed out to her that we hadn’t received even drinks after two hours, which is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. After this, waitres simply went on to serve other guests, completely ignoring us. In the end, we waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for any food — and nothing was served. This experience was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of respect for the customer. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.
