The food is delicious - every course hums with flavour, and the combinations of flavours and textures are very clever. Beautifully presented too. The chefs come to the table to discuss several courses throughout the degustation. Quality ingredients and good value for money. My only concern was that there was too long a wait between courses so we were sitting on very uncomfortable seats for over 3 hours, and there was some confusion as to the seating order so people who arrived after us were served faster and could leave sooner.
