A gourmet and generous Brussels cuisine, with the taste of our grandmothers' dishes. The ideal brasserie for your family meals or evenings with friends. The interior is warm in winter and the shaded terrace will welcome you all summer long. It is in this charming house of Houtain-Le-Val that Natacha, the manager, welcomes you in all simplicity. The kitchen, just like the atmosphere, is friendly and generous. The menu offers a large choice of typical dishes, wines and regional beers. Fresh and seasonal products are rigorously selected. The vegetables come from organic or reasoned cultures of the region and the delicious AUBRAC meat is honored for the greatest pleasure of the carnivores. From the starter to the dessert, all the dishes are composed on the spot. Except for the baker's bread, everything is home-made!

Service agréable, plat de qualité comme tjrs, à part la cuisse du canard de chair résistante impossible à couper, et donc à manger...dommage. les rognons de mon convive étaient parfaits, comme les desserts. Seul bémol : les décibels qui au fil des heures empêchent même la conversation à 2 150€ pr 2
