With this conviction, a new restaurant 'De Heerlyckheyt' was started on 19 March 2014. Starting a surprising new restaurant is not an obvious thing to do in these times. Yet 'De Heerlyckheyt' wants to make a difference. Taking up the challenge for a creative project became a fact for Maarten.
