After several years as a chef in Brussels and in restaurants in the Belgian Ardennes, Daniel Bormans and his wife Désirela Rose welcome you in the center of Hannut and invite you to discover a refined French cuisine in their restaurant "Chamarel" where the products are respected and evolve with the seasons. In a setting with a refined design where the cosy atmosphere and intimate atmosphere are mixed, you will abandon yourself to the gustatory pleasures of subtly elaborated dishes. The chef offers you his gourmet cuisine created mainly with regional products, worked in an original and gastronomic way On the kitchen side: fresh products are highlighted by controlled cooking, a subtle mixture of flavors will titillate your taste buds. A careful preparation will dazzle your eyes... and our products coming essentially from local producers with whom we work closely, will end up exalting you. It is essential for us to offer you first quality products, available via a short circuit to preserve a maximum of freshness. Cellar: a narrow selection of classic French wines and foreign wines are proposed on the menu. The Chamarel Menu, proposed in 3 courses or 4 courses with choice are renewed every 6 weeks.
