About this restaurant
In the idyllic village of Munte (Merelbeke) lies Bistro Oud Munte. For years it was a typical village pub opposite the church, a tavern where horse, rider, hiker and cyclist could quench their thirst. Today it is a cozy restaurant where you can dine in the afternoon from 12h and in the evening from 18h. On nice summer days this can be done on our terrace in the back garden with open kitchen. In the bistro we serve honest and delicious French-Belgian bistro cuisine without fuss. All fresh and prepared with love and passion. Artisanal shrimp croquettes, Belgian beef and day-fresh fish . Also in our wine selection we pay much attention to Belgian winemakers. Seasonal suggestion to discover on the spot!

Het eten was lekker, maar te duur voor wat...

Het eten was lekker, maar te duur voor wat het was. Vooral de sharing frituurhapjes van 19 euro waren schandalig duur. De salades waren lekker, maar basic en ook aan de dure kant.
