A thousand years ago in Japan, fish was preserved in barrels of fermented rice. Literally, sushi means "marinated rice". Thus arose the classic Japanese sushi, a ball of rice topped with a slice of raw fish.
At Zaowang, sushi means much more.
On our menu you'll find sashimi, nigiri, sushi, hoso maki, temaki and a wide range of futo maki.
You can choose à la carte or go for one of our combos. There are sushi maki boats for 2, 3 and 4 persons.
You can also pick up sushi and other dishes, both for a quick bite or for a festive occasion.
