About this restaurant
A thousand years ago in Japan, fish was preserved in barrels of fermented rice. Literally, sushi means "marinated rice". Thus arose the classic Japanese sushi, a ball of rice topped with a slice of raw fish. At Zaowang, sushi means much more. On our menu you'll find sashimi, nigiri, sushi, hoso maki, temaki and a wide range of futo maki. You can choose à la carte or go for one of our combos. There are sushi maki boats for 2, 3 and 4 persons. You can also pick up sushi and other dishes, both for a quick bite or for a festive occasion.

The service was friendly but they got our order...

The service was friendly but they got our order wrong twice and we waited for our food for a very long time. We also noticed several tables that sat down after us being served before we were. Also, they could have served our Appetizers first but they waited until all dishes were ready. I was with two small kids who found it especially challenging to wait so long for our food. There was no acknowledgement for our long wait and only a quick apology for getting our order wrong (twice). The food was good which is why I'm disappointed to say that we will be looking for sushi places with better service elsewhere.
