Tel Aviv is hot! Lori Dardikman and Tom Sas bring with Boker Tov, an Israeli deli, bar and restaurant, a piece of Tel Aviv to Antwerp. Lori and Tom also share besides a passion for good food also their bed. Lori's roots are in Tel Aviv.
Our kitchen stands for an abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables. Behind the cooking pots is Thomas Swenters, former chef of Upper Room Bar of The Jane, De Librije and Godevaart. He developed the menu together with Lori and experiments with many recipes that match the seasonal offer of the market.
