Welcome to Brasserie Waalborre by De Metinas. Wendy, Frederic and their team warmly welcome you to their establishment in the center of Asse. Located in the beautiful Waalborre Park, it is easily accessible by public transport (bus, train) as well as by car. A free parking can be found in front of the restaurant. At De Metinas we always work with daily fresh and seasonal products. So in the right seasons, you will be able to eat the best mussels, most delicious game dishes, heavenly hop shoots and Belgian asparagus. Of course, in addition to seasonal products, you can always count on our specialties, lobster and grilled meats; filet mignon, tenderloin, australian black angus, côte à l'os, lamb cutlets, chicken brochette, .... Snacks, pastas, salads and seafood are also part of our offerings. At noon from Wednesday to Friday, we also serve a tasty dish of the day (You can find the list of our dishes of the day on our Facebook page). Moreover, everything is homemade. Nothing comes into our establishment ready-made.

Overdreven grote porties, zonder enige vorm van verfijndheid op het bord gekwakt. Volgens de kelner is het motto ‘beter te veel dan te weinig’. Mijn idee: liever minder en verfijnder
