If you want to share a main you can't and they...

If you want to share a main you can't and they force you to either buy 2 meals or if you just want 1 they charge you £10 extra! With 0 justification. Money hungry establishment and does not care for one's life or life situation. Sad and disappointed.

Wij moesten meer dan een uur wachten op het hoofdgerecht. Het gerecht was zijn geld niet waard. Ik had kangoeroe besteld en dit gerecht kwam met slechts één stronkje witlof. Ik moest een half uur wachten op een tweede biertje omdat het niet koud stond.

Ik bestelde slibtongen, maar ik moest bijbetale...

Ik bestelde slibtongen, maar ik moest bijbetalen voor dit gerecht. Dit door de dagprijs. Dit mag wel eens op de kaart staan of als suggestie meegegeven worden. Dan bestelde ik maar een filet waarbij ik een sausje mocht kiezen. Dit bleek dan uiteindelijk nog een extra toeslag te zijn van 3,50euro. Transparantie is zeer belangrijk en dit miste ik hier wel.

The manager/service member that night was incre...

The manager/service member that night was incredibly rude and got in my face when I asked him about an ETA for our food due to the fact we had been waiting over an hour for our entree’s. He was condescending, aggressive and overall the service was awful. That being said, the food was excellent. However, due to the abhorrent and embarrassing behavior of the service staff it ruined our experience. As someone who was here on vacation to relax and enjoy food, I found it very disheartening to be verbally bombarded by a service member for me expecting basic service and respect. The manager seemed to have an incredible fragile ego which felt challenged by the fact I inquired about our entrees.
