Extremely fine food (quality) without being too fancy/ minimalistic. Very nice and friendly athmosphere in the restaurant, waiters being professionals without being formal. Reduced design without putting too much focus in n styling. The kind of restaurant where it is worth paying a rather high price for your food and drinks.
