Brasserie Surréaliste is a magical place, out of time and out of reality. On more than 1500M2 within an iconic art deco building in the city center, the project includes a micro-brewery, a bar, a restaurant, an art-space and a beer shop. The dream begins with the majestic entrance to the winter garden, its fountain and rococo chandeliers where you can enjoy your aperitif while your friends join you. Climb the steps and enter a unique space, this former banana warehouse with an exceptional ceiling height will not leave you indifferent. The contrast between the beautifully preserved industrial structure and the noble materials such as the 15m marble counter or the antique church benches make the Surrealist Brasserie a unique place. On the menu, you can taste the beers produced directly on site in the basement. The brewery is very well known for its IPAs but it also offers different styles, guest breweries and natural wines. The dishes to be shared, like the beef chimichuri or the poulicroc will delight large groups who like convivial moments. The menu evolves with the seasons, so regulars won't be disappointed either!

Fantastic service from the waitress and food...

Fantastic service from the waitress and food was good. However we were seated in cold draft and asked to be seated elsewhere but they had no other table for two even though we were at the first sitting. He promised us to keep the door closed which he could not deliver on. Forcing me to go up and close the door several times. According to waitress this is a prob they have had for a long time and management refuse to fix it with an door closer. Horrible and this fairly expensive dinner became a short visit for us. Good food and beer but booked this in good advance and still not acceptable table location.
