Located in the heart of the European Institutions, Schuman district The Costa d'Amalfi restaurant was born from the desire of six friends and colleagues to combine competence and professionalism in the field of catering in a refined and elegant environment that respects the tradition of renowned Italian cuisine in a contemporary style. Faithful to their Campania origins, the six partners have created a restaurant that favours a Mediterranean cuisine, where pasta, meat, fish and vegetables are the masters, but with an emphasis on some typical products of the Amalfi tradition: lemons, unquestionable ruler of many recipes, both savoury and sweet; anchovies, humble and divine fish, from which the world's most famous 'distillate of the sea', colatura, is extracted; the fresh, full-bodied cheeses of the Lattari mountains. The Costa d'Amalfi Restaurant is the ideal place for business lunches and refreshments of any kind, but it is also a pleasant and convivial place to eat with family and friends or more simply for a romantic rendezvous.

Das Kalbfleisch war von hervorragender Qualität und gekonnt zubereitet. Außerdem gab es ein sehr hochwertiges Olivenöl. Zwei Grundvorraussetzungen für eine gute Küche.
