Welcome to Pop Up Sablon, located on the iconic "Place du Grand Sablon". This vintage-inspired restaurant-bar has been a Brussels hotspot since 2015. Step into a world of eclectic décor with pig lamps, mirrors, and a mix of Scandinavian and Ibiza vibes blending seamlessly with original white wooden beams. Three inviting spaces include a first-floor restaurant overlooking the square, a cozy ground-floor bar, and a sunny terrace. Indulge in Belgian brasserie-style dishes and seasonal delights crafted from local produce. From shrimp croquettes to sea bass in a sea salt crust, the menu delights every palate. The wine list boasts tempting surprises, including delightful Australian bottles. Open seven days a week, you can enjoy a business lunch from Monday to Friday, seasonal suggestions and à la carte dishes. On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is served as from 08:00 am. On some warm Friday nights, "Sablon Beats" kick in with a live DJ on the terrace. Whether it's a meal or a sociable drink, Pop Up Sablon is your home away from home. Expect the extraordinary!

Food is good but the waiters are not profession...

Food is good but the waiters are not professional and it totally spoiled the moment. We have been left in the dark literally for 10 minutes, no knife for the steak, and a lot more (it seems like they have not been trained at all) the restaurant is in a beach style and it felt inappropriate based on the place (le sablon is a high standard place) and based on the prices. But the food was good
