A gourmet and sophisticated address that promises delicious dining moments.... Mustafa, better known by his nickname Mus, is of Turkish origin and entered the world of gastronomy through an unexpected path. Coming from a modest family, he started working at the age of 16. Trained by great chefs, talented sommeliers and passionate maître d'hôtel, such as Madame Ayse Ucar, Roland Debuyst, Alain Defoort, Yves Catuelle, Michel D or Gaëtan Colin, he learned all the rigor and discipline imposed by the great houses. His eagerness to learn, his love of the table and its products, his diligent work, his growing knowledge, his innate talent for food/wine combinations and his elegant service in the dining room enabled Mus to quickly distinguish himself. In 2004 Gaëtan Colin opened his first Jaloa, bringing his kitchen to its apotheosis and offering Mus the opportunity to lead the dining room ministry. From their joint work, they will receive a Michelin star.... Today, proud of his apprenticeship and strengthened by the knowledge he has gained over the past twenty years, Mus has the immense pleasure of opening his own restaurant in the place of the very first "Jaloa"... the circle is complete.... In a refined but cozy setting, a room overlooking the kitchen where the talents of chef Khaled Bouhamidi unfold before our eyes, it is pleasant to taste. wij zijn altijd heel tevreden over ons bezoek...

wij zijn altijd heel tevreden over ons bezoek bij Table de Mus : lekker eten, verrassende samenstelling, origineel, aantrekkelijk. De bediening is heel aandachtig voor alles en nog wat : vandaar hele toffe sfeer. Wij missen wel de vorige kok die het eten nog aantrekkelijker maakte, die heel plezant was om te observeren, die altijd verrassend uit de hoek kwam.

L’accueil, le service, les plats… tout était...

L’accueil, le service, les plats… tout était parfait. C’était une première à cette adresse et nous en sommes ressortis ravis. Le menu est surprise, le chef prend soin de demander allergies/choses que nous n’aimons pas avant tout. Nous avons pris le menu avec accord vins. Chaque plat était un réel plaisir à déguster. Le service était soigné, chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné, les plats excellents et superbement présentés. Merci au chef et son équipe, votre établissement est une belle réussite !
