Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

Les pizzas étaient excellentes! Très bons produits de qualité. L'eau gratuite est un plus. Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune boissons alcoolisées (apéros, cocktails et bières) à part le vin d'à côté ;)

Het onthaal, personeel is vriendelijk en doet...

Het onthaal, personeel is vriendelijk en doet veel moeite om het aangenaam te maken (nederlands proberen). De pizza's zijn een streling voor het oog en smaken super. (groot contrast met de commerciële) De prosecco op kamertemperatuur werd direct verwisselt, nu nog de aangepaste glazen erbij en nieuwe glazen voor de wijn en alles wordt ok. Interieur is fris eenvoudig en de kindjes worden niet vergeten om zich bezig te houden.

Un très bon restaurant de pizza avec une carte...

Un très bon restaurant de pizza avec une carte de vin de qualité et pas trop cher. Le vin ne s'achète qu'à la bouteille via le terminal du caviste d'à côté avec un droit de bouchon de 10€ supplémentaire à la fin de l'addition. Je recommande fortement!

Vriendelijk personeel en vooral super lekkere pizza's! Wel enkel mocktails (zonder alcohol), als je alcohol wil drinken is het meteen een hele fles :) (van de wijnwinkel ernaast)
