Chez Biga We take our time, we like it when it ferments when it rests, we like to see flavors enhanced tenfold, blending with others. We love Belgian, Italian, French and Spanish terroirs, and there are no limits to our quest for flavor. We admit it, we like it when it's made in small Brussels workshops, on a small farm, when it comes from the land, when it's grown with passion, we like cooperatives, cooperating, collaborating, helping each other. We like tradition, we like to shake it up and innovate. Innovative drinks fermented with spices, blends of flavors, bubbles, gourmet explosion. We love gourmet coffee, we love what's not heavy on the stomach, we engage the senses, we work by hand, we collaborate with the local economy, we select with passion, we're young and dynamic, we're a family, for the love of good food.

Très bon accueil et pizzas excellentes avec des légumes bio. Petits bémols : La température était glaciale aux alentours de 17 degrés malgré le chauffage, sans doute causé par la fermeture ? Pas de vin au verre et une seule bière sans alcool, du jamais vu chez un napolitain si c'en est un ? Certaines pizzas dépassent les prix usuels mais elles sont bio et généreusement garnies.

je mag je eigen wijn meebrengen , wist ik niet , maar vind ik erg goed . We hadden gereserveerd voor 2 maar konden uiteindelijk met 3 eten . Ze hadden een oplossing gevonden . De pizza was zeer origineel en lekker , wel duur . De wijn was ook duur , maar lekker . Het nederlands schitterde door afwezigheid .
