C'était très original et très fin; j'ai adoré les recettes revisitées et le mélange de saveurs, la présentation aussi. J'étais ravie de faire découvrir votre cuisine à nos invités. Seul point d'attention : il faut pouvoir prendre le temps. Je n'avais pas évalué le temps pour 3 plats et j'ai dû avaler rapidement le dernier, ayant un rdv auquel je ne pouvais arriver en retard.
