DOOLEY'S AMERICAN SMOKE HOUSE is a novelty on the Brussels culinary scene, with a new concept - Soul Food - an American cuisine associated with the African-American and Native American traditions of the American South. The recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. The values of sharing and family are central to this culinary tradition. Our method of preparing meats is "low and slow". This means that the meat is cooked for long hours in a special wood-fired smoker. We also offer healthy and fresh vegetarian and fish dishes. Our cuisine is delicious, colorful and spicy. Het vlees zat vol hormonen neem ik aan, cornbread werd een mini blue berry muffin en de coleslaw was niet spetterend. De portie van de homemade lemonade was uitstekend, maar het was niet erg lekker.
