Come and discover our restaurant, formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie has been welcoming you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission. We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening. From the classic brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to a variety of beef cuts or our fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the highest quality and prepared by us. This guarantees you a memorable meal at Brasserie Signature, on the terrace or seated in one of our inside areas, warm and modern or typically Parisian brasserie in all its elegance. Les moules était très très bonne, l'entrée...

Les moules était très très bonne, l'entrée croquettes de crevettes grise etait tres très cher pour deux petites croquettes (26,8€) avec un gout moyen, une bouteilles sans marque d'eau petillante fait maison style sodastream à 9,5€ , le vin maison dans un pichet etait de 34,90€ prix minimum en vin. Serveur antipatique voir même un peu arrogant (grand mince avec petite barbichette), le temps d'attente entre les plats étaient un peu long mais on peu comprendre car il y avait un du monde. Je ne pense pas que nous retournobs malgré les tres bonnes moules

Risotto très bon, burger bon mais un peu simple pr le prix.. pas de bancontact pr le paiement. Vin très bon. De manière générale, bon restau mais un peu cher tout de même.

Comme j'ai mentionné sur Google avis. C'est un très belle découverte. Les moules étaient goûteuses et d'un très beau gabarit. Le personnel génial et super aimable à l'écoute des clients Et ce qui ne gâche rien en période de canicule il y a l’airco. Nous y retournerons plus que certainement.
