Come and discover our restaurant, formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie has been welcoming you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission. We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening. From the classic brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to a variety of beef cuts or our fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the highest quality and prepared by us. This guarantees you a memorable meal at Brasserie Signature, on the terrace or seated in one of our inside areas, warm and modern or typically Parisian brasserie in all its elegance. J’ai l’habitude de fréquenter votre établisseme...

J’ai l’habitude de fréquenter votre établissement et ce depuis plusieurs années. Votre brochette de 1kg n’était pas bonne. J’ai laissé entre 150 et 200kg de viande immangeable. Gardez plutôt votre carte habituelle et n’essayez pas d’attirer des nouveaux clients avec cette promotion. Cela ternit votre image et votre réputation.

Accueil très sympa et efficace, table réservée et bien prête à notre arrivée. Très belle carte de mets mais aussi une carte des vins époustouflante ! Seul bémol, la qualité de la viande de la méga brochette n'était pas à la hauteur.. viande coriace .. mais c'est ce que nous avions anticipé: une brochette promise de 1 kg pour 20 €; il y a forcément un "hic"

We put in our order at 13.30 and received our...

We put in our order at 13.30 and received our food at 15h; if you consider that normal then ok... Food was abysmal; my sister in law ordered fish that came drenched in butter/oil (nothing like a Meuniere should come like). I ordered duck medium-done it came burgendy like it barely went into the oven. Obviously no service to make it up; no offered dessert, no cutting the bad uneaten food off the bill. Typical belgian awful service. I used to go there often; won't go again.
