Come and discover our restaurant, formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie has been welcoming you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission. We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening. From the classic brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to a variety of beef cuts or our fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the highest quality and prepared by us. I absolutely loved it. Everybody in the staff...

I absolutely loved it. Everybody in the staff was so kind and nice. Rarely you get this kind of interactions. They made my night. All in great mood, helpful and lovely. Awesome manager with a great team. Food was 10/10, super delicious and came quite fast. Definitely going to come again.

Satisfaite de la qualité des plats; ingérions de qualité et excellente préparation. Juste un bémol: la salle manque de décorations qui réduiraient le bruit. Il est tres difficile d’entendre les convives si la table d’à coté est bruyante.

I ordered a filet mignon MEDIUM, it arrived...

I ordered a filet mignon MEDIUM, it arrived very well done and extremely dry except a thin slice in the middle that was ever so slightly pink. The waiter noticed that I was dissatisfied and kindly took my plate back to the kitchen but the arrogant chef refused to change it, so two minutes later I got back a now cold steak and by that time even the centre was cooked through and brown and dry. What a shame that a chef should be more concerned about pride in his dubious skills and care nothing about a patron's satisfaction.
