About this restaurant
Come and discover our restaurant, formerly known as "L'Esprit de Sel", revisited and renamed Brasserie Signature. Since 1996, the brasserie has been welcoming you in an exceptional setting combining tradition and elegance on the Place Jourdan, a stone's throw from the European Commission. We welcome you 7 days a week from 11am to midnight non-stop, whether for a business lunch on the terrace at noon or a family meal in the evening. From the classic brasserie dishes that we like to find every time we visit, to a variety of beef cuts or our fish tank supplied in all seasons, all our products are of the highest quality and prepared by us. This guarantees you a memorable meal at Brasserie Signature, on the terrace or seated in one of our inside areas, warm and modern or typically Parisian brasserie in all its elegance. The choice is yours!!!

Comme d habitude très bien reçu et conseillé !! Nous n avions pas encore été débarrassé de notre entrée, que l ont nous apportait déjà le plat !! Viande trop cuite et dure pour mon épouse et moi , blonde Aquitaine saignante, 1kg!! 500gr de nerf et gras et os , quasiment crier à peine chaud, un vrai combat pour trouver un bon morceau, j en ai eu mal aux mains, avec des marques du couteau. Avec le ventre vide, que nous avons pris un dessert, excellent.

I absolutely loved it. Everybody in the staff...

I absolutely loved it. Everybody in the staff was so kind and nice. Rarely you get this kind of interactions. They made my night. All in great mood, helpful and lovely. Awesome manager with a great team. Food was 10/10, super delicious and came quite fast. Definitely going to come again.

Satisfaite de la qualité des plats; ingérions...

Satisfaite de la qualité des plats; ingérions de qualité et excellente préparation. Juste un bémol: la salle manque de décorations qui réduiraient le bruit. Il est tres difficile d’entendre les convives si la table d’à coté est bruyante.
