The restaurant Seino bears the name of its chef: a virtuoso in the kitchen who, after having cooked at Bernard Loiseau's in Saulieu and at Bruneau's in Brussels, opened his own establishment. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'accord vin, plein de saveur. Les mets étaient plein de saveur et les cuissons parfaitement exécutés. Petit point négatif : trop peu de légumes dans l'assiette.

Interesting menu, delicious dessert, kind service. Unfortunately the 2 main courses were a bit disappointing, as some of the wines served. The seats against the wall are not very comfortable.

Bel accueil et belle découverte culinaire. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’aubergine en amuse bouche et l’anguille. Le plat de viande était bon mais pas vraiment de touche japonaise pour nous.
