When I am honest, and it falls hard, the cuisine is very heterogeneous (it is called fusion, but that can be a catch-all for an assemblage of all things that do or don't belong together), the portions small (which can be fine if it entails a flavour discovery) without gastronic direction or depth. The choice of wine was OK though.

Le manque de liberté m’a gâché le moment. J’ai toujours adoré cet endroit, depuis son ouverture. Mais le système de 2 shifts est pesant surtout lorsqu’il est jumelé avec l’obligation de prendre un menu. Arrivée à 18h45, j’ai eu l’impression qu’on me gavait en vitesse pour me virer deux heures p’us tard. Très très désagréable. Je pense que le premier service devrait avoir le choix carte ou menu. Et si c’est menu, alors on devrait pouvoir rester. J’ai eu l’impression d’une machine à pognon. Je suis déçue. Ce n’est plus mon resto préféré.
