Samouraï has been a culinary landmark of Brussels since 1974. Razor-sharp precision and rich flavours embody the authentic Japanese cuisine, depicted by a varied menu of sushi and sashimi, together with table preparations like sukiyaki. The chef steams the shiitake with shrimp-flavoured pasta and then flanks it with a ginger and soy stock and with fried ciboule onion and shiso leaves, creating a harmony that is both subtle and distinctive. Le changement d'adresse n'enlève rien à la qualité de l'assiette et à la gentillesse de l'accueil. Le nouveau lieu est très agréable, élégant et apaisant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique nouvelle installation pour le Samouraï. Le décor est très zen et respire la qualité. Comme l'assiette ! Nous avons été très gentiment reçus et servis. Une expérience superbe à réitérer certainement tant la carte recèle de trésors à découvrir.
