Food was good, service so so. They were annoyed...

Food was good, service so so. They were annoyed at me because I did not take a appetizer and main meal, just took appetizer and a glass of wine. Once it was time to pay the bill, I was told that it’s not accepted. To go eat elsewhere next time. I’m a light eater, I believe this is an unacceptable way to treat a customer.
