Good Belgium food and good service
The service was bad / lack of communication. We entered the restaurant and told the waiter that we had a reservation and then he walked away without saying a word. After discussing if we should follow or not, we did and found our table. When asking for the specials of the day, the waiter came back with a big handwritten board that he quickly placed on the floor and then he sprinted off again. We couldn’t read it and went with something else.. We asked the waiter for a glass of white wine and he stormed off before we could say which one, he came back with a glass and we decided to just not say anything and drink the wine. When asking for desert wine, the waiter would come back to us but never did. And there was an issue when we were about to pay, where the waiter was kind of rude.. We had been to the restaurant a few times before the reopening, but after this experience we are not coming back. The food was okay but not great

La nourriture était bonne et le l’atmosphère sympa mais le gros bémol c’est quand le cuisiner sort fumer sa cigarette (juste devant le restaurant) avec ses gants de cuisine, utilise son smartphone et ensuite retourne en cuisine préparer des plats sans se laver les mains ou changer de gants
