The ambient is nice, but the quality of the...

The ambient is nice, but the quality of the meat was sub par, high prices for what you get (the options from the fridge at the entrance are a joke) there is an overwhelming number of staff, which probably explains why prices are so high

Nous sommes venus hier soir à deux, réservation...

Nous sommes venus hier soir à deux, réservation faite seulement quelques heures avant. Accueil efficace, service très agréable, présent sans être envahissant. Nous avons choisi une côte à l’os maturée et laissé le serveur sélectionner la pièce pour nous : excellente recommandation. Petit oubli sur une boisson (jamais arrivée à table), mais aussitôt compensé car elle n’a pas été facturée au final — un geste apprécié. Le Colonel confirme une fois de plus pourquoi il fait partie de mes adresses favorites à Bruxelles : qualité de la viande, professionnalisme du service et ambiance toujours soignée.

Mais tout simplement parce que c’était parfait. La nourriture, l’ambiance, le service. Peut-être un peu trop de bruit? Mais c’est si peu.
