The restaurant's cuts are proudly displayed at the butcher's counter located at the edge of the kitchen. We also have a vast rotisserie installed, so our menu here features poultry dishes. Designed as an introduction to its older sibling in the city centre, Colonel Fort Jaco has had no trouble in projecting its own comfortable, confident, inimitable style, and is now a not-to-be-missed venue in the south of Brussels. Clients depuis des années c'est toujours avec plaisir que nous retournons au Colonel. Découverte cette fois-ci du boeuf maturé Kod du Danemark, belle pièce. Très beau choix à la boucherie et carte plus qu'assez variée pour convenir à toutes et tous (même végé). Merci à l'équipe pour le service.
