Great pizza and ingredients as always. I tried a seasonal (pumpkin, porcini, guancale) and it was balanced and working well, not a gimmick. As always with the optional whole-grain dough.
I was expecting more for the hype… asked for the Truffle pizza and it was quite disappointing… :(
