The chef, Denis Roberti, has 35 years of experience in the business. He selects with the greatest care all the ingredients that go into the preparation of his dishes and makes them from A to Z. He offers you a local cuisine made only with fresh and seasonal products that guarantee authentic and refined flavors. Ambassador for the Walloon Brabant of the Electrolux AEG cooking club, he regularly works with starred chefs. Since 2012, the experience streetcar in Brussels trusts him to make the recipes of starred chefs. He has collaborated with more than 40 starred chefs in the world. Parfait. Mets superbes et préparés avec amour par le chef. Vins rouges étaient top. Mais un verre de chardonnay allemand,pas terrible, à l'aperitif à 15 euros ne me permettra pas de donner la note maximale. Un détail, vu la qualité des plats, mais je tenais à le dire. Peu importe j'y reviendrai.
