The chef, Denis Roberti, has 35 years of experience in the business. He selects with the greatest care all the ingredients that go into the preparation of his dishes and makes them from A to Z. He offers you a local cuisine made only with fresh and seasonal products that guarantee authentic and refined flavors.
Ambassador for the Walloon Brabant of the Electrolux AEG cooking club, he regularly works with starred chefs.
Since 2012, the experience streetcar in Brussels trusts him to make the recipes of starred chefs. He has collaborated with more than 40 starred chefs in the world.
Today, he offers you a culinary experience, a creative and friendly cuisine in an intimate and warm setting in the heart of Brabant-Wallon. Every month, he will propose a new menu that will awaken your taste buds.

Accueil, cadre, qualité des mets. Mais vraiment trop cher de 25%. C’est surtout le travail du Chef propre et minutieux qui fait l’assiette car peu de marchandises au final.
