In an attractive and inspired setting, where our senses are awakened (the view on the first floor and the sense of smell on the second floor), the chef Manuel Béjar offers you a creative French cuisine with the promise of the most generous scents of the South where he comes from (Narbonne). A pleasantly varied and attractive menu, but also a flavorful menu. A large place for fish and shellfish will delight all those who deplore the absence of a fishmonger in the region, and all this in a superb contemporary setting. The dishes, delicately prepared, are always based on fresh and quality products, flavored with spices, flowers and carefully selected herbs. A smoking room is available for everyone to enjoy. On December 11, 2014, Manuel Béjar's L'Olivier des Sens was awarded the Delta d'Argent 2015.
