John Lebrun trained in France, his country of origin, in a number of renowned houses, including the Frères Pourcel in Paris. He was put in charge of the kitchens at the Atelier des Saveurs in Flémalle before moving to the Notger in Liège, where he added gastronomic excellence. For nearly 5 years, he worked at the restaurant Les Roches Grises, where he made a name for himself by combining his creative talent with the demands of exquisite cuisine and a wide variety of dishes. La Table Toquée ... John just opened his own restaurant in Tilff on Oct. 5, 2018, on the site of the former "Le Chalet." His greatest asset, his masterful land/sea combinations and cutting-edge associations of products from around the world. John Lebrun's cuisine is noble in its approach, without disturbing established values, but with a carefully controlled touch of modernity.
