Founded in 1976 by the parents of the current chef, the Auberge des 4 Bras is part of the city's history. With Fabrice in the kitchen and Nathalie in the dining room, come and discover an exquisite cuisine, flavored by the passion and know-how of its owners. It is this passion and know-how that, in 2011, will earn the Auberge des 4 Bras de Philippeville the accreditation of "Bistrots de Terroir". Whether you come to taste the famous "Rabbit with beer and nettles", a traditional recipe of Philippeville, or to enjoy local dishes or French cuisine, Fabrice and Nathalie will welcome you with a smile and good humor. Concerned about the quality of your experience, the owners renew their menu twice a year, offer you seasonal suggestions or let you discover their "market menu" at 29 EUR for 3 services. The latter is renewed every month. Reception and menus in Dutch and English, capacity of 70 seats, private parking for 20 cars, access for disabled people and a beautiful shaded terrace with 40 seats: everything is designed to please your palate, but also for your comfort.

We waren bijzonder tevreden over ons bezoek....

We waren bijzonder tevreden over ons bezoek. De chef toonde veel flexibiliteit om enkele kleine wensen in te willigen, wat we enorm waardeerden. De kwaliteit en presentatie van de gerechten waren uitstekend – echt oog voor detail en smaak. Bovendien was de prijs zeer democratisch, wat het geheel nog aantrekkelijker maakte. Een aanrader!
