The chef, Victor Van Roy, has gained experience in many restaurants in Brussels and after his military service also worked for a while as a cook at sea. It is no coincidence that the specialty of the house is mussels. People come from far and wide to enjoy this delicacy. During the mussel season it is unfortunately not possible to make reservations. Furthermore, the steaks, eel in green and rabbit are not to be sneezed at!

Ondanks dat we vroeger waren dan het openingsuu...
Ondanks dat we vroeger waren dan het openingsuur mochten we al plaats nemen op het supergezellig terras onder de bomen. Heel behulpzaam en begripvol personeel. De mosselen waren heerlijk en ook de huisgemaakte americain. De mosselen werden uit de schelp gehaald voor opa die dit zelf niet meer kan. Een service die zeker geapprecieerd werd. Bedankt team ‘t Kriekske.
