About this restaurant
Bistro Belbu is the story of two friends Dave Busschots and Nordi Belghazi, both with rsp. 16 and 20 years of catering experience at the C-Group (Hassotel, Century). Together, they have been running Bistro Belbu at Hasselt's Havermarkt since 2017 and made this address a fixture for epicureans in and outside the City of Taste. → Amidst Hasselt's food and drink addresses, Bistro Belbu is therefore one of the finer genre. They call themselves bistro but they are much more than that. The warmth and hospitality is inimitable, the setting trendy and stylish and the terrace lovely to linger.
