For over twenty years, the restaurant was located on the Lippenslaan in Knokke. In 2007 we closed the doors there ... and in 2009 we opened new ones in Ramskapelle. With an even more convivial atmosphere. The menu no longer features the old mussel dishes, but other culinary delights. HONEST, ULTRA-FRESH CLASSICS Chef Dominique Pille's credo? No-nonsense dishes and honest flavors. The menu shows off classics such as fried sole and Danish cod. But also homemade shrimp croquettes. And for meat lovers there is a juicy sirloin steak or filet of Irish Angus. Epicureans feast on a tasty lobster - fresh from the homarium, and prepared in your favorite way. The chef swears by fresh ingredients. That's why his menu dances to the rhythm of the seasons. So you are always assured of crisp, traditional delicacies. CONVIVIAL ATMOSPHERE At the stove, the chef and his team create the delicacies. But in the dining room, his wife, Marleen Van Den Broucke, rules the roost. Voici une valeur sûre non loin de Knokke! La cuisine est excellente avec des produits de grande qualité. La carte des vins est en soi une merveille. L'accueil est excellent et le personnel est attentif à vos demandes tout en restant discret. Le cadre est agréable et l'ambiance feutrée sans être guindée. Un incontournable lorsque nous nous rendons à la Cote!

Vriendelijke en professionele bediening Uitgebreide en correct geprijsde wijn- en menukaart. Heel lekker en relaxed gegeten, parking vlakbij het restaurant. Misschien enkel de chef gemist aan tafel. Voor mij belangrijker dan deze feedback achteraf maar dat is persoonlijk.
