I recently returned to this restaurant after a few years, and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the experience. The service started off on the wrong foot, with a rough and unwelcoming waiter. The menu was difficult to read due to the small font, and I missed the classic white shirts that the waiters used to wear. The food was a letdown as well. The burger deluxe was subpar, with Burger King easily outshining it. There were no salad or veggies accompanying the burger, except for a single tomato slice. The bun was disproportionately large compared to the meat and cheese inside. The restroom situation was also unfortunate. It was stinky with urine and lacked any visible maintenance schedule, which is a common issue in Belgian restaurants. It's a shame that this establishment has fallen into the same trap. On a positive note, the beer was good! However, I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon. I hope the management takes my feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.

I am satisfied because the place is nicely decorated, the food is tasty and the quantity is generous. But the service was not friendly at all. We arrived 20' earlier asking wheter we could already take a place or or a drink while waiting (no problem to wait) but they where rude and sat us in a very small table (we were 3), wheras other groups of 2 were later, were sat in biger tables. During the service the wiater was just doing its job. Not a extra word, not a smile of sign of simpathy.

Snelle service, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en ruime porties. Nostalgie want 40 jaar geleden kwam ik er ook al.
