A RESTAURANT THAT ADAPTS TO EVERY SEASON... In a typical, warm setting in the heart of Liège, the restaurant offers authentic, quality cuisine. Simplicity and authenticity are the watchwords. In winter, the restaurant is the region's specialist in Savoyard and Burgundy fondues (served as much as you like for the Burgundy!). But also raclettes, tartiflettes and other delights. But Roussette de Savoie is also for fine weather. Savory meats to enjoy on a hot stone, grilled scampi and prawns. Not forgetting the famous chapeaux savoyard (a unique way of cooking meat!) or more traditional dishes (burgers, jambonneau ...). Enjoy inside in the air-conditioned dining room or on the terrace out back. So, whether you're a couple, a family or a group of friends, come and visit us at the foot of the slopes!
