The hotel has two dining areas: "Restaurant Quai 5" offering traditional international cuisine and "Brasserie du Quai 5" offering quick service cuisine.   Restaurant Quai 5 is one of the most renowned restaurants in the city of Mons and the ideal place to relax and enjoy a delicious dinner with family or friends. Our brasserie welcomes you from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 to 22:00 in non-stop cooking. Punt 1. Mijn vrouw heeft een bestelling gedaan, ossehaas , met kool en friet. Ze krijgt spagetti met een vlees soort, vooraf werdt er geraspte jaas gebracht waarol mojn vrouw vroeg waarlm, dit hoorde bij het gerecht. Later bleek tich dat het verkeerde gerecht was gekeverd geen ossehaas , maar osso buco. Door een maneger wetdt tien een restaurant medewerker op een onheuse nanier aangesproken, en dezr vermanend en aan arm meegetrokken naar de deur bij keuken. Dit vond ik niet juist ,daar deze medewerker niet de oersoon wad die onze bestlling heeft opgenomen. Ik ben zelf manager geweest bij een grote instelling ( ING Bank) maar dit doe je niet met je personeel zo behandelen in het bijzijn van gasten. Mensen maken vergissingen, ik heb dan ook tot 2 keer toe deze managers aangesoroken op hun gedrag. De geknakte medewerker heb ik beloond metbeen fooi. Dit kan absoluut niet in een gerenomeerd bedrijf. Ik kan wel zeggen dat als Gerrit van de valk dit had meegemaakt er maatregelen worden genomen.. dit kon echt niet. R. GOOYERS KAMER 14
