About this restaurant
The restaurant, for a gastronomic break Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes! Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata. Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request. The Brasserie Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking. On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers. Buffets Our catering area also includes a live-cooking section where top-quality all-you-can-eat buffets are prepared regularly, in the afternoon for business lunches, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on Sundays for brunches. Cocktails très bon Viande et entrée bons. Service correct : contact sympathique mais pas resservi en boisson pendant au moins 45 min j'ai du appeler, temps d'attente entre entrée et plat très long Concernant le plat : on nous a proposé des pommes de terre rissolées à la place des frittes. Après un long temps d'attente le plat arrive avec des frittes. On demande d'avoir les fameuses pommes de terre on nous sert des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau sans rien (type industriel). Finalement après une nouvelle demande on nous apporte enfin la version rissolées. Beurre à l'ail comme sauce au choix : on nous amène deux rondelles de beurre à l'ail froides, tentative de faire fondre sur la viande du Tomahawk mais arrivée tiède. Je demande de chauffer la sauce on nous l'a amenée beaucoup trop chauffée (la sauce à tourné, ce n'est plus crémeux mais devenu de l'huile et de l'ail) Pour le reste ambiance cozy.
