About this restaurant
The restaurant, for a gastronomic break
Because the quality of our service also depends on the quality of our dishes, we invite you to take a seat at one of the tables in our restaurant, which is open every day of the week. On the menu you can choose from various dishes with Belgian and French inspiration, as well as seasonal specialties, which are prepared and cooked with particular care. In season, don't miss our game, our mussels or our asparagus dishes!
Some dishes are also specialties of the house and caress the taste buds of our regular guests, such as our famous beef tagliata.
Our chef, Cédric Tennstedt (former chef of the Vieux Maronnier in Nivelles), makes it a point of honor to sublimate fresh and quality products, and to give them his personal touch. All our dishes are prepared on site in our kitchen by a brigade that is attentive to all your wishes. We also offer vegetarian dishes and an exclusively vegetarian buffet on request.
The Brasserie
Do you fancy a quick and easy meal? That is also possible! Then we refer you to the "Bistro" part of our restaurant in Nivelles, where you can take a seat at a table with power point to enjoy your meal and work alone or in coworking.
On the menu you will find typical Belgian dishes and classic brasserie dishes, as well as snacks, pasta and quality burgers.
Buffets
Our catering area also includes a live-cooking section where top-quality all-you-can-eat buffets are prepared regularly, in the afternoon for business lunches, on Friday and Saturday evenings, and on Sundays for brunches. Themed buffets are also regularly organized to take you on a journey in the evening, so don't hesitate to follow our Facebook page to stay up to date.

Nous sommes déjà venus ici plusieurs fois pour manger le buffet. L’environnement est très agréable, le buffet propose une grande variété de plats et la qualité est garantie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !
